How much does delivery cost?
For Qatar, we use a flat-rate system based on your area — see the Qatar Delivery Rates table above. For international orders, the cost is calculated live by DHL Express at checkout based on your address and parcel weight.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive an email and SMS with a tracking link. You can also track your order anytime from our Order Tracking page using your order number. International parcels include a full DHL tracking number.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship worldwide via DHL Express, including all GCC countries (Saudi Arabia, UAE, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman) and most other destinations. The exact DHL rate is shown to you at checkout before payment.
What happens if I'm not home during delivery?
Our courier will attempt delivery up to 2 times and will also contact you by phone before delivery. If you're unavailable, you can reschedule by contacting us on WhatsApp.
Are there customs charges for international orders?
Depending on the destination and order value, customs duties and import taxes may apply and are payable by the receiver. These charges are set by your country's customs authority and are not included in the DHL shipping rate.
Can I change my delivery address after ordering?
Yes — as long as the order hasn't been dispatched yet. Please contact us on WhatsApp as soon as possible with your order number and the new address.
